FLOWERKISSES.COM order fulfillment system includes our network of growers, suppliers, and producers. In some cases your order may be shipped in separate packages, depending on the nature of products ordered and availability of supplies.

Changing Orders

You may retrieve order information by logging on to your personalized order form using your email and password. You may make changes to your order anytime within 4 HOURS of order placement, or if it has not already been processed.

Canceling Orders

Substitution Policy

We reserve the right to alter the exact content of gift packages to insure that your order is delivered on time with the highest quality products available. These substitutions will only happen if there is a substitute flower available or container that does not substantially affect the quality and look of your bouquet. In any instance of substitution, FLOWERKISSES.COM will replace the product you have ordered with one, or more products of even or greater value.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship to 48 states only. (We cannot ship to Alaska and Hawaii). APO addresses are allowed. However, please use common sense when sending products to APO addresses and follow military shipping guidelines.

Next Day Delivery Policy

To have a gift package arrive next day to your recipient, your order must be placed via telephone, or online before 1:00pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) Monday thru Friday. Please note: Saturday delivery costs an additional $14.99. Your order will not be processed unless it is within the parameters of the delivery schedule.

Delivery Policy

We recommend that you have somebody available to accept gift package delivery. FLOWERKISSES.COM orders are shipped with a SIGNATURE RELEASE. This means that the package will be best cared for if someone is there to accept the delivery, but WILL BE LEFT if no one is available to accept it at the time of delivery. You may leave us a notation as to the recommended delivery designations for your recipient.
